Mayor André Rainey, is a Peekskill native whose also lived in Germany and Las Vegas, Nevada.
André graduated from Peekskill High School in 2002 and is a millennial, entrepreneur,
owner and President of Noo Moves Entertainment, founded in 2010.

The Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art (HVCCA), located in Peekskill, New York, is a non-profit
arts and education organization founded by the Marc and Livia Straus family. The Center is dedicated to
the development and presentation of exhibitions and interdisciplinary programs that enrich our
understanding of contemporary art, its contexts, and its relationship to social issues.
