Jonathan Melville Pratt is a composer, singer, percussionist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer living and
working in Brooklyn. Jonathan graduated at the top of his class in Voice and Percussion from the School
for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati, and went on to earn his bachelors degree in Classical
Vocal Performance and “Interdisciplinary Composition” from The North Carolina School of the Arts.

Jonathan Melville Pratt's acclaimed scores and collaborative works have been presented at venues such as
Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, The Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), The Joyce Theater,
American Dance Festival, The Guggenheim Museum, Yerba Buena Center, The Lobero Theater,
The Public Theater, The Abbey Theater, Symphony Space, City Center, Dance Theater Workshop,
The Joyce Soho, The Kitchen, LaMama, Chez Bushwick, and The Bushwick Starr, among many others.

Thomas Forster was born in 1986 in London, England and began his ballet training at the age of 8 with the
Royal Ballet School Associate Program. At age 11 he commenced full-time dance training with Elmhurst
School of Dance and then joined the Upper School of the Royal Ballet School in 2002. Forster joined
American Ballet Theater's Studio Company in May 2006, the main Company, as an apprentice, in
January 2007 and the corps de ballet in December 2007. He was appointed a Soloist in August 2015.

Honored by Dance Films Association with the 2016 Dance in Focus award, the two-time Emmy Award
winning and five-time Tony-nominated choreographer Pat Birch, joins Dance on Camera Festival for Meet
the Artist, Friday February 12, 2016 to share insight into her sensational career as one of the most
celebrated choreographers for the screen. Ms. Birch was the choreographer for Zbigniew Rybczyński's
Emmy Award winning PBS Great Performances high-definition video project The Orchestra (1990).
