Terpsichorian Movement Research - 12/17/15
A lunch time of exploring the automatic exposure and focusing algorithms of Nicholas Croft's
new Canon G1 X Mark II camera @ Cafe Tibet in Ditmas Park.

Still exploring the new Canon G1 X Mark II camera. It's going to take a while
before it feels like a seamless part of Nicholas's creative process.

Mr. Bergman was a man of great working discipline. He compelled everyone to concentrate when
it was important. No disturbing noise during rehearsal. A code of silence. ---Max von Sydow

I never want to work. Even when you're presented with these great opportunities, I think,

In the last four decades of the 20th century and the early years of the 21st century,
still life expanded beyond the boundary of a frame. Especially in the wake of the
computer age and the rise of computer art and digital art, the nature and definition
of still life has changed. The daily painting movement has allowed still-life artists
to use the internet and blogging to share their work.

Nicholas Croft has a fairly consistent relationship with loop cellist Julia Kent's music in solitude.
In his case, solitude often lends itself to interior states of heartfelt melancholy. Perhaps it's
unexpected that being in a roomful of people who also appreciate Ms. Kent's music makes
Nicholas a bit less solemn than is usual, but it does. It's just nice to share the company
of all those other listeners. For whatever reason, Nicholas went to a whole range of
new places with Julia Kent's music tonight than he has ever felt before.

Nicholas Croft is currently filing his signed CD copies of Society for Universal Sacred Music Choral Director
Harold Rosenbaum's music alongside his signed CD copies of loop guitarist Robert Fripp's soundscapes.
The ultimate lesson all of us have to learn is unconditional love, which includes
not only others but ourselves as well. ---Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

Another morning for Nicholas Croft contemplating his ongoing membership in the
Society for the Universal Transmission of the Terpsichorian Communion. Any
obstacles hindering this noble humanitiarian effort will just have
to be overcome through a spirit of graceful diplomacy.

After all has been said and done: What is our one demand?
